March 19, 2026, Osaka, Japan - Santen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter Santen) at a Board of Directors meeting held March 19, 2026, resolved to propose the following candidates of the Board of Directors, which will be submitted for approval at the 114th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors to be held in June 2026. Please note that no changes to Corporate Auditors have been proposed.
