Contributing to an Increase in Employment of Persons with Disabilities

The Company established Claire Co., Ltd. in 1997 as a special subsidiary that gives special consideration to the employment of people with disabilities in order to promote and stabilize the employment of people with disabilities and support their independence while actively promoting diversity.

In 2017, in order to further expand employment, we will set up a Claire sales office in Osaka Prefecture, aiming to realize a society where people with and without disabilities can coexist and live in harmony.

In 2024, we accepted a total of 38 interns from special support schools and employment transition support facilities, aiming for employment in general companies. From these interns, we hired one individual. Additionally, a total of 243 people from government agencies, prefectures, other private companies, and support organizations involved in disability employment visited our company to observe Claire’s operations. They engaged in discussions about the current state of disability employment and our company’s initiatives.

Persons with disabilities are receiving practical training
